Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Beyond Trends Hub. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.

Return window
• You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return conditions
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging and with all tags attached.
• For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, cosmetics and clearance items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

How to request a return

1. Email info@beyondtrendshub.ca with your order number, item(s) you want to return, and the reason.


2. We will confirm if the return is eligible and send you return instructions.


3. Unless the item is confirmed as faulty or sent in error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items
• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
