Cancellation Policy

At Beyond Trends Hub, we value your trust and want you to shop with confidence. We understand that sometimes plans change, so we’ve made our cancellation process simple and transparent.

🕒 Order Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, your order may already be processed or shipped, and we will no longer be able to cancel it.

✅ How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@beyondtrendshub.ca with your order number and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.

If your order qualifies, we’ll confirm the cancellation and process your refund to the original payment method.

💳 Refunds on Cancelled Orders

Approved cancellations made within the allowed time frame will receive a full refund.

Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

🚚 Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel it. However, you may still be eligible to return the item(s) under our Return & Refund Policy.
