1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

All original packaging must be included.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.


Once your return is received, we will inspect the item and issue a refund within 14 business days.

2. Return Shipping Costs

If a return is approved, we will reimburse your return shipping costs only after you provide a valid receipt for the postage amount.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Items listed as Final Sale

Discounted or clearance items

Items damaged through misuse, not due to our error

4. Delivery & Tracking Policy

International Tracking Limitations

Some countries provide limited or partial tracking data once a parcel enters the destination country.
In these cases, tracking may stop at:

“Arrived in destination country”

“Handed to local carrier”


Once the parcel reaches the destination country, the local postal service takes over the final delivery.

Proof of Delivery

An order is considered fulfilled when the courier marks it as:

Delivered, or

Arrived in destination country (when no further scans are available)


Local updates are not always provided by every postal system.

5. Lost or Missing Parcels

To support customers fairly and transparently:

If the parcel does not arrive within the estimated timeframe:

Customers must contact their local post office using the provided tracking number.


Refunds or replacements are only available when:

The courier confirms the parcel was lost before entering the destination country.


We cannot issue refunds for:

Parcels marked as Delivered

Parcels marked as Arrived in destination country (unless the courier approves a formal loss claim)


This policy protects our customers and ensures accuracy in shipping claims.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery, customers are responsible for:

Providing a complete and accurate shipping address

Monitoring tracking updates once the parcel enters their country

Contacting their local postal service for delivery-status follow-ups

Understanding that customs delays and postal handling are outside our control
